Agarwood essential oil

1. Helps You “Calm Down”
Having trouble sleeping or feeling restless? Take a whiff before bed—it’s like someone gently patting you on the back, clearing your mind of chaos and helping you fall asleep faster.

Feeling stressed or easily flustered? After a tiring day at work or an argument with someone, take a sniff. It helps ease your frustration and brings a sense of calm.

2. Warms You Up
Stomach feels cold, nothing sits right: If you feel bloated or have a hiccup that won’t come, inhale it near your stomach (or dilute it and rub it on your belly) to soothe your stomach.

Cold hands and feet, sensitive to the cold: No need for further explanation—just take a whiff, and you’ll feel warmth radiating from the inside out.

3. “Good for” Your Skin
Dull complexion or acne scars: Apply it to your face after diluting it to help brighten your skin and fade minor blemishes.

Oily skin or breakouts: It has natural cleansing properties that help control oil and speed up the healing of pimples.

The Easiest Way: Use the scent to aid sleep and promote relaxation
Place by your pillow before bed: Put 1 drop on a tissue or cotton ball and place it next to your pillow to drift off naturally.

Carry it with you: Put 1 drop on your collar, a handkerchief, or the corner of your mask, and take a whiff whenever you feel stressed.

In the car or office: Put a drop on a diffuser stick or tissue and place it nearby for a calming, refreshing boost.

Aromatherapy for the Home
Use an aromatherapy burner or diffuser: Add 3–5 drops to water to fill the room with a subtle, soothing fragrance, helping the whole family relax.

Without a diffuser: Add a few drops to a cup of hot water; the steam will carry the scent throughout the room.

Skincare and Massage
Post-cleansing massage: Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 10 drops of carrier oil (olive oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil work well). Apply the mixture to your face to brighten skin and fade blemishes.

Stomach, hands, and feet massage: After diluting as above, gently massage the stomach (use when feeling cold in the stomach) or any areas of the hands and feet that feel cold.

Relaxing Bath
Fill the bathtub with hot water, add 3–5 drops of essential oil (it’s best to dilute it first with milk or a carrier oil so it doesn’t float on the surface), soak for 15–20 minutes, and relax your entire body.
